Milanova Reštaurácia

We did not have time to watch TV at all. So what was our surprise when Katka incidentally found a channel on international cuisine featuring - believe it or not - the Slovak cuisine!!!. The episode was shot in Milan's Restaurant in Brooklyn where he made potato placky. We would have never thought that we would have to go to Belize to learn on a foreign channel how to make Slovak placky :). And Tibor to see Milan and his restaurant, which he knows very well from his New York years...
